Ghostline Details is a mobile auto detailing service operated by David Judd, based in Mesa, Arizona. This website is ghostlinedetails.com.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly and a small amount of technical data automatically.

From you

• Quote and Ghost Club forms: name, phone number, address or location, vehicle year/make/model, and any notes you include.
• Bookings: the same details plus the appointment time you choose.
• Direct contact: anything you send us by call, text, or email.

Automatically

• Anonymized usage data: pages you visit, referrer, device type, and approximate location (city-level from IP). Collected by our analytics provider to help us understand what people find useful on the site.

How we use it

• Respond to your quote or booking request.
• Schedule and confirm your appointment.
• Follow up about work we've done or a subscription you signed up for.
• Improve the website based on what pages help people the most.

We don't sell your information to anyone. We don't send marketing texts or emails unless you asked for them.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of third-party services to run the site and take bookings. Each of them receives only the data needed to do its job.

• Web3Forms (form processor): receives quote and Ghost Club form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. Web3Forms privacy policy.
• Cal.com (scheduling): powers our online booking. If you use it, Cal.com receives your name, email, and appointment details. Cal.com privacy policy.
• Vercel (hosting + anonymized analytics): serves the website and records aggregate visit data. No cookies are set for the analytics. Vercel privacy policy.
• Google Fonts and Unsplash (assets): images and typography served from their content networks. Neither receives personal information from us.

How long we keep it

Quote and booking details stay in our inbox and calendar for as long as needed to serve the customer relationship. If you want your information deleted, email us and we'll remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you at any time. Send the request to ghostline.details@gmail.com and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.

Children

The site isn't directed to anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
